Our back story

Shutterbug Life started 17 years ago when I was simply looking to make some photography friends. What began as a small group has since grown into a thriving community of passionate photographers. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching in Washington, DC, and for Canon USA, helping hundreds of photographers refine their skills. Now, I’m bringing that same energy and experience to this platform—so you can benefit from everything we’ve been doing in person, right here online.
